This is surrealism. I'm posting this because my artist for the artist presentation is René Magritte (even though he's a painter) but this photo shows a great way to create surrealist portraiture. I appreciate how not-obviously this is edited as far as the subtleties goes. The face lift bit is very obvious, but the mirroring, dodge and burn, darkened corners, and the slight change of height all add to making it seem like a natural feeling picture.
