This is a picture by the guy in the picture. He was anonymous, but the photographer isn't the point. He asked to look like a cool space alien, so I photoshopped him into a blue dude. Terrible horizon line, good rule of thirds, white balance and exposure and stuff don't really matter at this point. If you can tell, there's a wee little  space shuttle launching in the background.

This is the first result on google for "beautiful fish". Apparently, it is the most beautiful fish in the world. I think it looks dopey if anything. Damn fish is just colorful. Here, instead is a legitimately beautiful fish.

Do you know how cool that is? A monkey that supposedly didn't exist before now exists. He looks cool, surprisingly human. Also, they have blue butts.
How cool is that?

This is surrealism. I'm posting this because my artist for the artist presentation is RenĂ© Magritte (even though he's a painter) but this photo shows a great way to create surrealist portraiture. I appreciate how not-obviously this is edited as far as the subtleties goes. The face lift bit is very obvious, but the mirroring, dodge and burn, darkened corners, and the slight change of height all add to making it seem like a natural feeling picture.
