This is a picture by the guy in the picture. He was anonymous, but the photographer isn't the point. He asked to look like a cool space alien, so I photoshopped him into a blue dude. Terrible horizon line, good rule of thirds, white balance and exposure and stuff don't really matter at this point. If you can tell, there's a wee little  space shuttle launching in the background.

here also, is a fuzzy looking cute wittle spider
This is the first result on google for "beautiful fish". Apparently, it is the most beautiful fish in the world. I think it looks dopey if anything. Damn fish is just colorful. Here, instead is a legitimately beautiful fish.

holy hell. do you see this? yes i assume you do. Do you know what it is? not yet?
this is a cake. I would eat this cake.
Here is a new monkey. That's right, a. new. monkey.
Do you know how cool that is? A monkey that supposedly didn't exist before now exists. He looks cool, surprisingly human. Also, they have blue butts.
How cool is that?
A new monkey, the first in forever, and it has a BLUE BUTT! monkeys man...
Damn look at this comet. It's in the sky its cool. The end.

This is surrealism. I'm posting this because my artist for the artist presentation is René Magritte (even though he's a painter) but this photo shows a great way to create surrealist portraiture. I appreciate how not-obviously this is edited as far as the subtleties goes. The face lift bit is very obvious, but the mirroring, dodge and burn, darkened corners, and the slight change of height all add to making it seem like a natural feeling picture.

I like propagation. I wish there was more anti-establishment, anti-system propaganda and photography out in the world, but every piece I can find is horrible cliché. Maybe I'll start taking photographs that focus on the corruptibility of those with blind power over others.

Ink Spots-Maybe
Fallout theme. Probably this won't at all work at school... sorry

Fallout

sure, this is just a video game.
sure, this isn't even photography!
but, I was playing the game earlier today (fallout 3 for those of you who don't know)
Anyways the game is epic, and the cinema(?)tography is fantastic. This picture is so iconoclast in the community of fallout players, that i think the image is important just on its own. Add the background of the mellow sound of the Ink Spots and a post-nuclear-apocalypse world of the DC metro area and you have a set of images that are sure to stick with gamers.

I don't know who this manbaby is, but the photographer was certainly a genius. His expression expresses so much feeling, those of serious deep pain and obvious relief. The black background being absolute and the perfectly colored face show great skill. The focus on rule of thirds, color, contrast, balance, and subject are fantastic.

Heres, like, another picture and some words. This ones a portrait of Princess Angeline (a native american). This photo was taken by Edward S. Curtis, who took many portraits of native americans and stuff. He makes everybody look really good and gritty and rugged. I like this picture also. From the original, he made the picture sepia and blurred out a lot of the background.

Photo 3

omg like photo 3 is so cool. also, heres a picture

See how the dogs look floppy because they're running? I like that. It's stop motion photography. The exposure is good too, so its a good looking picture. I wish i had dogs like this.
